In addition to their technical excellence, the firm is widely recognised for its positive treatment of employees and its diligent, client-focused approach.Position:As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ-1 year PQE), you will manage your own caseload of commercial disputes from inception through to resolution, taking responsibility for the day-to-day conduct of matters. This will include drafting a wide range of legal documents such as claims, defences, court applications and witness statements, as well as conducting detailed legal research and analysis of relevant case law and legislation. You will also be responsible for preparing hearing, trial and arbitration bundles, maintaining accurate and well-organised files, and ensuring all procedural deadlines are met.The role involves regular and direct interaction with clients, counsel, experts and external bodies, including the courts, requiring clear communication and the
