We are working with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Skelmersdale that is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3 qualified) to join their team. The successful candidate will provide classroom support, deliver targeted interventions, and work closely with teachers to ensure all pupils are able to reach their full potential.

• Provide support to teachers across a range of subjects.

• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to aid pupil progress.

• Assist in preparing and adapting resources to support learning.

• Support pupils with additional needs to ensure inclusion and engagement.

• Promote positive behaviour and encourage social and emotional development.

• Contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent).

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
