Skills required: 6+ years of mobile engineering experience Strong Kotlin expertise (Clean Architecture, MVVM, DI, Coroutines/Flow) Proven React Native experience beyond UI (native modules, Bridge/JSI, performance) Experience integrating React Native into an existing Android codebase (brownfield) Track record of contributing to or leading mobile platform migrations Ability to make architectural decisions in high-risk, live environments Comfortable navigating ambiguity and switching between greenfield and Legacy work Strong communication skills and experience in remote, cross-functional teams Desirable skills: Experience migrating from native to cross-platform apps Background in transport, logistics, or regulated industries Familiarity with Android performance profiling tools Experience in B2B SaaS products Exposure to iOS/Swift architecture Benefits included Private healthcare after probation (including children) Hybrid working model 25 days holiday Volunte
