You should have relevant industry experience and the abilityto deliver multi-trade courses and hold relevant qualification at Level 3or above. Theability to communicate effectively with young people and adults and enthusiasm to helpthem achieve their qualification is essential. The Skills Academy has a wide and variedcurriculum however we are looking for a new member of the team to predominantlywork with 14-19 year old s.Experience of working in a teaching/training capacity is desirable but not essential.
