To support this, we are seeking a talented and driven Senior Product Manager to lead our analytics and data collection strategy.Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution of our analytics and reporting capabilities for IDE Services.Conduct user research and interviews to understand enterprise needs for tracking and improving developer productivity.Work with research teams to define and collect key metrics on developer tool usage and adoption.Shape the product roadmap for data collection, reporting, and insights features based on customer needs and competitive analysis.Develop flexible and customizable reporting frameworks to enable enterprises to create meaningful insights tailored to their business goals.Prioritize and drive features that support continuous learning, adoption trends, and organizational developer effectiveness.Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.Represent enterprise customers internally, advocating for their needs and ensuring data privacy and compliance standards are met.Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally focused on analytics, BI, data platforms, or developer tools.Strong technical background and understanding of data collection, storage, and reporting architectures, for cloud and on-premise services.Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research.Proven track record of delivering new product capabilities, especially related to data, analytics, or enterprise software.Clear and effective English communication (C1 level or above).Ability to write compelling, well-structured documents and proposals for both technical and non-technical audiences.Comfort collaborating across multiple teams and departments, including engineering, marketing, and customer success.Desirable
