This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll lead, coach and develop a skilled team of workshop technicians while ensuring the highest standards of quality, productivity and safety. You''ll act as second-in-command to the Workshop Manager, supporting the day-to-day operation of the workshop, planning workloads, maintaining stock levels and ensuring equipment is built, refurbished and pre-delivered to specification and deadline.
