Project Manager Engineering / Manufacturing An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing engineering business delivering bespoke, high-value projects across complex industrial sectors. This role forms part of a long-term succession plan, with one of the senior Project Managers due to retire in the next 18 months. This creates a rare opportunity to work closely alongside and learn from someone with over 40 years of industry experience before stepping into a key position within the business. The Role Manage projects from initial planning through to delivery Coordinate customers, suppliers and internal teams Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification Oversee documentation, quality and compliance About You 3-5+ years project management experience within engineering/manufacturing, ideally for oil and gas or power industries Strong mechanical engineering knowledge, including fabrication/welding Project Management qualification (Prince2, Agile, APMP or similar) Engineering qualification (HNC/ONC or above) Strong organisational and communication skills What s on Offer Salary of £40,000 - £42,000 + bonus 4-and-a-half days a week Flexible working Genuine long-term career progression Mentorship from a highly experienced senior Project Manager Occasional overseas travel Interviews are taking place imminently, so apply now with your latest CV.
