You will work with children and families where there are safeguarding concerns, completing assessments and delivering effective interventions to ensure children are protected and supported. This is a well-supported service with a strong focus on multi-agency working and achieving positive outcomes for children. Key Responsibilities Undertake Section 47 enquiries and Child and Family Assessments. Manage a caseload of CIN and CP cases, including court work where required. Develop and implement robust safety and care plans. Work collaboratively with partner agencies including health, education, and police. Undertake direct work with children and families. Prepare high-quality reports for conferences, reviews, and court. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
