Whether youandrsquo;re a qualified teacher, Early Career Teacher (ECT), or an Unqualified Teacher (UQ) gaining valuable experience, this role offers excellent professional growth within a supportive Science department.

About the Role:
Join a vibrant Science team that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence. You will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 depending on your experience and subject expertise (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum
andbull; Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
andbull; Support curriculum development and lead extracurricular STEM activities such as clubs, competitions, and trips
andbull; Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
andbull; Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and parent engagement events
andbull; Work collaboratively to support whole-school improvement goals

Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
andbull; Qualified teacher (QTS), ECT, or UQ with a strong Science background
andbull; Passionate about inspiring and motivating students in Science
andbull; Strong subject knowledge and dedication to high academic standards
andbull; Effective classroom management and excellent communication skills
andbull; Open to feedback and committed to continuous professional development
