About you

Your experience

You have significant experience delivering project focused building surveying work and managing teams. You have a strong technical background, excellent client management skills and confidence leading multiple schemes at once. You may already be operating at Associate level or be a Senior Surveyor ready for the next step.

What you will be doing with your experience

You will lead project delivery, mentor surveyors, manage key client relationships and help guide the direction of the team. You will take ownership of important frameworks and play a major role in workload planning, quality assurance and commercial management. You will set standards and be a trusted senior figure within the department.
