What You''ll Do Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality meals Support the Head Chef with daily operations and menu planning Contribute creative ideas for new menus and dishes Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Monitor stock levels and ensure smooth service across both messes Provide guidance and motivation to junior team members What We''re Looking For Computer literate with good organisational skills Previous experience in a similar kitchen role (Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie) City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or NVQ equivalent Food Hygiene Certificate Passion for great food and excellent service Flexible, team-focused approach We ensure you''re rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to: Free on-site gymContributory pen
