Your role in the company will be to research, develop and review high-scoring answers to produce winning bids as part of a successful proposals team.

The successful candidate will join a close-knit, highly motivated and supportive team based at our head office.

Who You Are As an ideal candidate for this role, you should be able to write effective, concise and compelling content and be able to meet deadlines.

Previous experience in writing bids for both the public sector frameworks and the private sector is essential for this role.

You will be expected to show commitment to delivering a high-quality service and employ best practices and continuous improvements in the tender process.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing department as well as directors, subject matter experts and proposal designers to create high-impact and compelling submissions that clearly respond to the tender''s requirements.

You will be responsible for ensuring our written responses are professional, persuasive, bespoke and adhere to our brand''s voice.

Confidence, a friendly personality and good communication skills are fundamental for this role, as well as the ability to build relationships with people both in person and over online video meetings.

You must equally be comfortable liaising with site-based personnel and directors at the head office.

Your Skills and Experience As a successful candidate, you are expected to demonstrate the following: Minimum of 2 years of experience writing bids for private and public sector tenders with a proven track record of successful bids.

Experience and/or understanding of the cleaning industry (Preferred).

Expert, up-to-date knowledge of Bid Writing and bidding frameworks and platforms (e.g.

Central Digital Platform).

Skilled in conducting deep research to develop compelling bids.

High level of working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including working with templates Strong attention to detail Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills (Business/Corporate English) Be organised and be able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
