My Client are a well run Blue Chip contractor whom are looking for a experienced Operations Manager to work on large logistics hubs in Surrey on a long term career basis. The Operations Manager role will be a management role within the SE unitary management structure, reporting through to the Head of Soft Services.

Your role is to ensure the comprehensive management of large teams of hygiene services maintained in line with the clients expectations. This includes the management of a significant workforce; it is essential that you are people focused and standards driven. The role''s prime focus is providing the logistics hubs with exceptional service. Strong communication skills are essential.
