Salary: -300 - -400 per day via Umbrella Company, dependent on experience
Start Date: September 1, 2025
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, standard office hours with some out of hours requirement

About the Role:
In this exciting position, you will support the Trade Finance Team in various essential tasks, including:
- Analysing commercial deals to assess financial support feasibility
- Preparing approval forms and filing critical documents
- Designing and maintaining databases, dashboards, and reports
- Collaborating with other administrative functions to issue or receive trade finance instruments
What You''ll Be Doing:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a digital and paper-based archive of trade finance instruments
- Assisting in the design and upkeep of the digital database for trade finance instruments
- Creating insightful reports and dashboards for senior management
- Conducting ad-hoc data analysis and investigations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Prepare necessary approval forms and liaise with financial institutions
- Monitor credit limits and collaborate with Group Treasury
- Gather and reconcile data for limits forecast
- Maintain an up-to-date documentation library of active Trade Finance products
What We''re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in trade finance within a bank or trading house
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to prioritise tasks
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Power BI)
- Coding skills and a passion for digital solutions
- A collaborative mindset with effective communication skills
