Paint Sprayer Temporary Basildon Monday to Friday 1:30pm 22:00 Hourly rate form £18ph We are seeking a Temporary Paint Sprayer to help out in the manufacturing department for our successful client based in Basildon, Essex. Job Purpose: To spray decorative parts to a high-quality finish. What You ll Do: Apply protective and decorative coatings using spray guns, brushes, and other tools Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and filling imperfections Mix paints to exact specifications and maintain colour consistency Keep your workspace and equipment clean, safe, and organised Follow detailed paint process sheets and contribute to continuous improvement Support team operations, including loading parts, managing waste, and assisting with paint logistics What You Bring: Experience in a manufacturing or spray-painting environment (preferred) A sharp eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and communication skills Familiarity with 7S methodology is a plus If you have all the relevant skills for this position and feel this is the role for you, please do not hesitate to contact us at One to One Personnel on (phone number removed) or forward your CV to (url removed) or (url removed)
