Bury St Edmunds —a historic market town known for its thriving food scene and countryside charm.This is a rare opportunity to become part of a

brand-new kitchen

led by a passionate, professional team with

Michelin aspirations .What to Expect:

Modern, casual fine dining

with bold Spanish and Mediterranean flavours

20 covers per service , open kitchen concept, intimate guest interaction

Dry-aged meats, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce

at the forefront

4 double shifts, 3 days off weekly

Lunch and dinner service only

(no breakfast/late nights)

Closed 2–3 days per week

Accommodation provided

(salary deduction applies)

Salary range:

£37,000–£42,000 per year , depending on experience

What We''re Looking For:

Experience in

Michelin-starred or equivalent high-end kitchens

A calm, creative, and focused mindset

Deep appreciation for Spanish-Mediterranean flavours and techniques

Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a small, tight-knit team
