Reviewing tender returns for a multi-million-pound townhouse project, making sure every line item aligns with the quality and value your clients expect.Mid-morning, you’re in conversation with a contractor, asking the right questions about programme and delivery, and making sure they understand the level of finish required.In the afternoon, you’re chairing a progress meeting on another live scheme.
