Energy & Smart Building Operations Lead - EMEA

Overview
We are seeking a skilled operational resource to oversee the daily functions of our Smart Building Platform solutions across our client portfolio. This role is critical for ensuring optimal building performance, serving as the primary escalation point for issues and reporting, and collaborating with various teams to support ongoing smart building projects and optimization. The ideal candidate will drive results through effective interaction with platforms, vendors, partners, and account teams.Responsibilities
Vendor Management: Serve as the primary liaison between vendors and account teams to manage insights and trigger points for deployed platformsPartner with account teams to provide guidance and best practices for leveraging live building data to drive energy efficiency and operational improvementsData and Reporting Management: Monitor reporting systems to ensure data integrity and facilitate access to critical insightsValidate generated reports to measure and demonstrate effectivenessCollaboration and Compliance: Work with internal teams to support routine audits, ensuring compliance and optimal functionalityFacilitate communication among stakeholders regarding audit findings, performance metrics, and follow-up actionsProject Support and Change Management: Support project initiatives aimed at enhancing or expanding solutionsContribute operational insights to change management efforts during system upgrades or new deploymentsDaily Operations (BAU): Lead weekly supplier meetings to review system health, address outstanding issues, and track engagementCoordinate technology deployment and maintenance across all sitesCollaborate with internal and external SMEs to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system uptimeImplement digital workflows to reduce downtime and streamline maintenance activitiesReview and maintain data quality, flagging anomalies to ensure integrity and reliabilityProvide regular updates on system health, issues, changes, and opportunitiesStrategic Responsibilities: Establish data reliability standards to optimize business processesPartner with Data and Analytics teams to integrate complex datasets from various sensorsGenerate comprehensive performance reports for executive reviewLead root cause analysis efforts to improve system resilience and reduce costsMaintain regular communication with program stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goalsRelationship Management: Build and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders within JLL, supplier teams, and external expertsAdvise on program evolution to ensure continuous improvementChampion innovation initiatives to optimize smart building systems and reduce operational costsWhat You Can Expect From Us
