We are open to considering candidates looking for relocation.Day-to-Day of the Role:Lead the development and execution of transformational packaging innovations from concept to launch, collaborating closely with Marketing, Procurement, Suppliers, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Operations.Evaluate and test packaging prototypes to ensure they meet quality, cost, sustainability, and functional requirements.Plan, execute, and review factory trials for assigned projects.Develop a 5-year packaging strategy roadmap, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, product innovation, sustainability, and market trends.Contribute to shaping the packaging innovation program for our brands, leveraging experience from other brands and categories.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, design best practices, and sustainability.Good understanding of the food manufacturing process and packaging machinery.Proficient in understanding commercials and PandL''s.Insight into consumer, customer, channel, and busines
