We''re looking for a Content Designer to join our multidisciplinary team designing and delivering innovative digital products and services for a Government client. Requirements You''re experienced at designing content that meets user needs and makes complex concepts, processes and language easy to understand and use. You''re able to work collaboratively with user-centred design colleagues and stakeholders through the agile service design phases from discovery to live. You''re able to participate in user research activities and use both qualitative and quantitative research evidence to inform the design of content and user journeys. You contribute to prototype development and take part in user testing to improve content interactions. You''re experienced at working with and guiding senior stakeholders to produce user-centred content and can influence decision-making with a strong evidence base of user needs.
