Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager

Common Breads is a new casual Lebanese bakery. By honoring our culinary street food heritage, we blend in modern flavors and invite different cultures to partake in what Beirut streets have always loved.We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to lead our BOH team. You will be responsible for overseeing the Kitchen operations, ensuring efficient Kitchen management while delivering high standards of quality and service.Responsibilities: Lead and manage the kitchen team, including bakers, kitchen assistants, and other kitchen staff, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly upheld through implementing and maintain rigorous quality control procedures Prepare a variety of Lebanese recipes and oversee all aspects of the baking process while ensuring consistent quality and adherence to established recipes and techniques Maintain high food quality and presentation standards to meet customer expectations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to continuously create and refine the menu offering. Oversee inventory, order ingredients, and minimize food wastage.Our ideal Head Chef candidate should have: Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
