As a Vehicle Appraiser, you will: Assess part-exchange vehicles, considering condition, mileage, and history. Use industry-standard tools and software to accurately value vehicles. Communicate vehicle valuations clearly to the sales team. Test drive vehicles to identify any mechanical issues. Select suitable retail stock from part-exchange vehicles. Manage the disposal of vehicles not retained for resale, including paperwork and auction logistics. To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in vehicle appraisal or a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Experience using appraisal software and auction platforms. A keen eye for detail. The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
