Lead Procurement Manager – Technology and Digital MediaWe are working with a leading technology and data-driven business seeking a Lead Procurement Manager to drive strategic procurement initiatives and lead a high-performing team.This is a unique opportunity to influence procurement transformation within a global organisation, working closely with senior leadership and delivering value through innovation, negotiation, and strategic planning.Responsibilities:Led a team of procurement professionals, driving team performance and development.Own end-to-end procurement for technology and digital media categories, with a focus on software/SaaS buying.Negotiate complex, high-value contracts to deliver measurable savings and strategic advantages.Drive procurement transformation initiatives, incorporating AI and automation tools to optimise processes.Develop and execute comprehensive category plans aligned with long-term business objectives.Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including presenting at the board and leadership level.Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver process improvements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.Proven experience in technology procurement, ideally within software or SaaS environments.Digital/media buying experience in a technology or software context.Demonstrated track record of significant negotiation achievements.Experience managing or leading teams.Strong end-to-end procurement lifecycle expertise, including category planning and PandL ownership.Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders up to board level.Strategic thinker with a background in driving procurement transformation and automation initiatives.Exposure to AI or GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, Microsoft AI platforms).Experience operating in matrix-style environments and reporting into group-level leadership.This role offers more than operational oversight—it’s an opportunity to lead change, drive procurement innovation, and deliver long-term value within a tech-forward, strategically evolving organisation.
