Lead Marine Coordinator required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based I Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Daily management and hosting of the sessions of the Construction Readiness process for the individual Contractors bringing vessels to Site.
• Management of the accommodation jack-up barges and the interface with the OSS commissioning organisation on client side (subject to qualifications).
• Assistance with drafting of documentation for the BSH (subject to qualifications).
• Execution of vessel visits and performance of NSC On boarding meetings, as well as support towards vessel crew with the usage of radios provided by the Employer.
• Maintenance and updating of the Marine Coordination Procedure.
• Review of documentation from T&I contractors via the NSC Aconex Document System.
• Assistance with tenders as required.
• Covering for the Construction Manager during vacation (Construction Manager in turn covers for the Lead MC during the Lead MC''s vacation).
• Acting under the daily instruction of the Construction Manager.

Requirements:

• EU working rights - must have already.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marine coordination or offshore operations.
• Previous experience in a senior marine coordination or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of offshore construction, vessel operations, and maritime logistics.
• Experience working under marine coordination systems (e.g., Vissim, Marine traffic, etc.).
