Job Description:
- Craft and deliverandnbsp;inspiring lessons aligned with the KS3 and KS4 Art andamp; Design curriculum
- Encourage experimentation, independent thought, and personal voice through a range of artistic techniques
- Promote an inclusive studio cultureandnbsp;where every student feels seen, supported, and celebrated
- Use assessment for learningandnbsp;to track progress and inform future planning
- Build strong partnershipsandnbsp;with students, families, and colleagues to support holistic development
- Enrich school lifeandnbsp;through exhibitions, collaborative projects, and extracurricular opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching Art at secondary level (preferred but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;reflective and adaptable practitionerandnbsp;with strong classroom management and differentiation strategies
- Show a clear commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;student wellbeing
- Possessandnbsp;excellent communication,andnbsp;organisational, andandnbsp;interpersonal skills
