A successful and supportive secondary school in Coventry is seeking an enthusiastic Temporary Maths Teacher to join the department on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a confident practitioner who can quickly build rapport and deliver high-quality lessons that keep students engaged and progressing.

About the Role

*Temporary position covering KS3 and KS4 Maths (KS5 desirable but not essential)
*Deliver well-structured and inspiring lessons aligned with the school curriculum
*Maintain strong behaviour management and a positive learning environment
*Use assessment data to support student progress throughout the contract period
*Work collaboratively with the Maths department to ensure consistency and high standards


Skills & Experience We''re Looking For

*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT working toward completion
*Solid subject knowledge with the ability to explain concepts clearly and creatively
*Experience teaching in a secondary school environment
*Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt quickly in a temporary post
*Organised, proactive, and confident when stepping into an existing team
*Ability to motivate students and support varying abilities
