Lead the Gas Centre and track learners'' performance.Motivate and inspire learners, set clear targets and monitor progress to ensure our students have the support they need to succeed.Be organised with the ability to multi-task and communicate with a range of audiences, including working closely with the Director for the area.Ensure the Gas centre training environment is safe, suitable for use and compliant with all relevant legislation.Act as Lead Internal Verifier for the Gas qualification and ensure that CPD is regularly updated in line with the duties of this role.This post is based at our Ipswich campus; you may be required to work at and travel between other Suffolk New College campuses.BeSNC culture and safeguarding
