An international brand with a high-performing finance team based in the heart of Lancashire have an opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant. This organisation has exceptional staff retention levels - many of their finance team have worked for the business for 10+ years. Whilst this is initially offered on an 18 month contract basis, given the strong continued business growth, there are good prospects for permanency.This role offers real diversity and exposure to high level decision makers, reporting to the Group Finance Director. Specifics of the role include:Financial reporting and consolidations for a multi-entity groupIntercompany and balance sheet managementLead month end close, including journals, reconciliations and variance analysisThis would suit an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant, ideally practice trained with strong financial reporting experience and knowledge of IFRS.
