We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to carry out a variety of property repairs and maintenance works within social housing. The role will primarily involve working in occupied properties, with occasional work in void properties.Responsibilities

Carpentry (e.g., skirting, architraves)Basic plumbing (e.g., fitting taps, sinks, toilets)Patch plastering and tilingPainting and decoratingDamp and mould treatmentInstallation of air bricks and extractor fansWorking from a Scope of Works via PDA systemRequirements

Full manual UK driving licence and own vehicleOwn tools, including a good range of hand and cordless power toolsPrevious experience in social housing is desirable but not essentialThis is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable, family-run company with a strong track record of valuing and retaining its team
