Location: London hybrid

Company Description

Are you ready to trade your job for a journey? Become a FlyMate! Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company, delivering the world’s most important and complex payments. We use our Flywire Advantage to help clients get paid and their customers pay with ease—no matter where they are in the world.

What more do we need to truly be unstoppable? Perhaps, that is you!

Who we are:

Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company, founded to solve high-stakes, high-value payments in education, using modern technology.

Today, we’ve digitized payments for more than 3,300+ global clients across education, healthcare, travel and B2B, covering more than 240 countries and territories and supporting over 140 currencies. With over 1000+ global FlyMates, representing more than 40 nationalities, and in 14 offices world-wide, we’re looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow.

What you’ll do in this role is to accelerate our go-to-market and product strategy for the Education vertical in the UK and EMEA. If you’re a hands-on, customer-focused marketer with a growth mindset, this is your opportunity to shape how Flywire’s education solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted across two of our fastest-growing regions.

What You’ll Do

Create powerful positioning and messaging

Refine product positioning and ideal client profiles specific to the UK/EMEA education market

Develop compelling, persona-based messaging and campaigns that resonate with institutional stakeholders

Partner with Sales and regional leadership to drive adoption of these strategies

Drive high-impact product launches

Collaborate with Product Management to identify and highlight impactful product updates

Act as the linchpin between Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to orchestrate launches

Package launches with engaging messaging, collateral, and regional campaigns that maximise awareness and adoption

Empower internal teams

Build and maintain a robust library of enablement materials (sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, competitive briefs, client-facing assets)

Deliver training, webinars, and ongoing education to ensure Sales and Client Success are equipped to tell Flywire’s education story

Uncover market opportunities

Conduct research on UK/EMEA education institutions, student mobility trends, and competitive offerings

Be the regional expert on buyer personas, industry trends, and the competitive landscape

Translate insights into actionable GTM strategies and influence the product roadmap

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or higher education technology

Proven success managing and executing product launches, including cross-functional coordination

Strong ability to craft differentiated messaging tailored to regional buyer personas

Demonstrated success in sales enablement — creating content and programs that drive measurable revenue impact

Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis, translating findings into actionable GTM activity

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing persuasive collateral, demos, and presentations

Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organisation — balancing global alignment with regional needs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with higher education institutions in the UK/EMEA region

Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS), ERPs, or payments platforms

Proficiency with marketing tools and systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, etc.)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes

Why Join Us?

At Flywire, you’ll have the freedom to innovate, the scale to make a global impact, and the support of a culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and excellence. This role gives you the opportunity to shape Flywire’s education story in the UK and EMEA — helping institutions and students connect through smarter, simpler payments.
