Crane Supervisor Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all crane lifting operations on site
• Ensure lifts are carried out in accordance with lifting plans and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with crane operators, slingers, and site management
• Conduct pre-lift briefings and risk assessments
• Monitor site conditions to ensure safe lifting practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Maintain clear communication with all personnel involved in lifting activities

Requirements:

• Valid Crane Supervisor certification (e.g., CPCS / NPORS or equivalent)
• Previous experience supervising lifting operations
• Strong understanding of lifting plans, signals, and site safety procedures
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment

What We Offer:

• Monday to Friday working schedule
• 40 weeks of work
• Paid breaks (2 x 15 minutes)
• Stable working hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
