Customer Service Advisor

We are working with a well-established international business based in Coalville. They are currently expanding their team due to a steady increase in demand and are looking for someone reliable and customer-focused to join their Customer Service & Sales Support department.

Reporting straight to the Sales Director, you will look after a specific portfolio of customer accounts. This isn’t a standard call-centre role; it’s a mix of account management, customer support, and essential day-to-day administration.

• Keeping on top of a shared customer inbox and replying to queries efficiently.

• Coordinating product samples for clients and putting together competitive quotes.

• Handing warm leads and successful quotes over to the internal sales team.

• Keeping the CRM/database accurate and up to date.

• Monitoring stock levels and pulling together basic reports for senior management.

• Pitching in to help the wider team when things get busy.

• Experience: A solid background in administration or customer service, ideally from a fast-paced environment.

• Skills: Excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and a comfortable working knowledge of CRMs/databases.

• Attitude: A genuine team player who adapts well to change and takes pride in looking after customers.
