Job Opportunity: Network Design Specialist (Special Projects)We are looking for a Network Design Specialist to join our Mobile Networks team. You will be responsible for creating bespoke RAN solutions for complex environments like stadiums, transport hubs, tunnels, and major events.The RoleDesign: Develop site-specific 4G/5G RAN and DAS solutions. Technology: Identify appropriate transmission and capacity requirements, including Neutral Host and Femto products.End-to-End: Manage the full lifecycle from new product trials to decommissioning. Collaboration: Work with vendors and internal partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.What You''ll Need 5+ years'' experience in Mobile RAN design (Mandatory). Technical Expertise: Specific experience with Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, or DAS (Mandatory). Sector Experience: A track record in major projects within airports, rail, transport, or emergency services environments (Preferred). Problem Solving: Ability to resolve complex technical threats and challenge status quo when necessary.
