Mechanical Design Engineer - Gas Transfer Systems Closing Date: 13th June 2025 Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.Due to the classified nature of the work involved, there are limited opportunities to work from home in this role. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will spend the majority of their time ( 80%) working on site at AWE Aldermaston. Packages: Junior Engineer (E.g. New graduate with limited experience) - 37,860- 39,500Experienced Engineer - 42,000- 50,000Senior Engineer - 47,690- 70,000 Working pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight. The successful applicant will contribute to the design, development, assembly and testing of gas storage and delivery systems for nuclear warheads.
