What you''ll be doing as the Junior Process Technologist:Support the scale-up of new products, organising and assisting with factory trials to ensure a smooth transition from kitchen sample to full production.Collaborate with NPD, Technical, and Production teams, learning how to bring new ideas to life while ensuring they meet customer and food safety standards.Prepare and maintain key documentation - from QAS and HACCP records to process flows, photographic standards, and trial reports.Source and manage trial materials, coordinating new ingredients and raw material specs with internal teams and suppliers.Monitor product performance and quality, supporting shelf-life testing, nutritional validation, and retailer submissions.Participate in taste panels and validation trials, helping refine recipes and processes for quality and consistency.Support continuous improvement projects, analysing data, spotting process opportunities, and helping drive smarter, safer ways of working.Grow your technical expertise, gaining hands-on experience in food manufacturing, customer protocols, and product deve
