This hands-on, fixed-term role offers exposure to senior leadership and external advisors, and includes:Leading monthly group reporting and consolidation across multiple entitiesEnhancing data hygiene and standardising financial processesProducing board and management packs with clear, insightful analysisSupporting vendor due diligence and investor-readiness activitiesCollaborating with external advisors on transaction-related requirementsActing as a key support to the Group Finance DirectorMentoring subsidiary finance teams to raise reporting standardsDriving improvements in reporting systems, controls, and data integrityWhat you''ll need to succeed ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)Proven experience in group reporting, consolidations, and financial controlsExposure to buy-side, sell-side, or exit readiness transactionsStrong technical accounting and analytical skillsHands-on, pragmatic approach with a delivery mindsetExcellent communication and stakeh
