The Role - Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Seeking an experienced and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-19 with a range of special educational needs including autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated needs. You will work closely with teachers to deliver planned lessons, lead small group sessions and occasionally cover classes in the absence of the teacher. The role involves supporting learning, behaviour and communication, contributing to EHCP targets and maintaining a structured, positive and inclusive learning environment.
