Primary Supply Teacher (ECT)

• Career Teachers in Sheffield are recruting Early Career Teacher''s (Formerly Newly Qualified Teacher) that have recently qualified and are looking for supply teaching from September 2025
• Work within a variety of schools across the South Yorkshire area
• Primary teachers required
• Pay between -110 to -145 per day for day to day

Due to extremely high levels of supply needs, Career Teachers are looking for ECT primary supply teachers in the Sheffield, North Derbyshire, and South Yorkshire area.

This opportunity is available to Primary teachers, and we would offer a number of days work per week depending on individual availability from 1 day to 5 days a week from September 2025.

This would be an excellent opportunity for a teacher looking to take a step back from a permanent teaching position but who still wants to be in the classroom teaching on a temporary and flexible basis.

This is a great way for an ECT to experience different primary schools and environments and build up experience moving forward in their career.

The expected working hours would be arrival of no later than 8.15am and you would be expected to stay until 3.30pm, although some schools may finish earlier.

Career Teachers offer great rates of pay for daily supply as well as we complete your online timesheets for you and an option to be paid through our own PAYE so avoiding the additional costs of an Umbrella company.
