Key Responsibilities:

  Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons in English Language and Literature

  Supporting students in developing analytical reading and effective writing skills

  Marking work, providing constructive feedback, and tracking student progress

  Contributing to the planning and development of the English curriculum

  Encouraging student participation in debates, creative writing, and reading initiatives

  Participating in school events and contributing to the wider school community

  
  

What We''re Looking For:

• 
  

  QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred but not essential)

  
  



• 
  

  Experience teaching English at secondary school level

  
  



• 
  

  Strong subject knowledge and a passion for literature and language

  
  



• 
  

  Creative, enthusiastic, and student-centered teaching style

  Excellent classroom management skills
