Join us as a Bid Manager within our Outsourcing line of business based out of our offices in either London,Redhill, Leeds, Glasgow or Edinburh working hybrid.This is a unique role to contribute to WTW''s Outsourcing GB business success and combine your bid management and sales operations experience and credentials.Working at pace, you will oversee the delivery of our Bids function which includes pitch presentations and site visits to potential new clients as well as to our community of Trustees and Third-Party Evaluators. Internally, you''ll work closely with Business Development and Client Management and other senior stakeholders to make a real impact. The roleOversee the delivery of bid management activities, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling submissions.Personally lead complex and strategically important bids, acting as the primary contact for opportunities.Embed best-practice bid management and pipeline management whilst engaging with our wider sales operations and design businesses.Maintain a knowledge base of content and seek to continuously improve this.Support the delivery of pitch presentations as well as site visits for new business.
