You''ll be responsible for:Leading and mentoring a team to deliver high-quality contract and account management.Managing complex contract negotiations and bid proposals.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the Indian/APAC region.Overseeing pricing structures, terms and conditions, and export control compliance.Representing the business in the UK and internationally, with occasional travel.This role is ideal for someone with a background in aerospace or defence, who understands international contracts, particularly in India and is ready to step up into a more senior, people-focused role.What We''re Looking ForStrong commercial and contractual experience within aerospace, defence, or military sectors.Proven success in contract negotiation and bid management, with exposure to the Indian/APAC markets.Experience in mentoring teams, with a collaborative and coaching leadership style.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeh
