As a senior member of the team, you will:Act as or work alongside professional deputies for clients lacking capacityManage high-value damages awards and complex financial affairsAdvise on property and financial matters under the Mental Capacity Act 2005Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their developmentPlay an active role in client relationship management and business developmentWhat we’re looking for

Qualified solicitor with 5+ PQEStrong technical knowledge and confidence in handling complex mattersExcellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and familiesCommercially aware, proactive and collaborativeWhat’s on offer
