During your placement year as a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to: Conducting building inspections and surveysPreparing detailed reports on building condition and defectsAssisting with the preparation of cost estimatesCommunicating with clients and stakeholdersSupporting project teams in the delivery of building projectsSector exposure: broadening knowledge across sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, advisory, defence, and energy and natural resources while developing commercial, strategic, and analytical advisory skillsClient and team engagement: working with colleagues and clients to drive positive social and environmental change, encourage innovation and create a sustainable energy futureTailored development: personalised training plan with tools to track and advance progressTechnical training: access to our Technical Training Academy to deepen professional expertise and prepare for future challengesSupportive culture: collaborative team environment that actively supports developmentGlobal opportunity: chance to join a high-performing, global professional services firm known for resilience and adaptabilityPurpose-driven work: opportunities to contribute to sustainability, innovation, inclusivity, wellbeing, and community impactQualifications / Capabilities
