You will be the engine behind our agile transformation, leading high performing "Growth Squads" across research, digital innovation, and population health. You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to unlock funding, drive strategic projects, and translate national policy into ground-breaking local impact. You’ll combine financial savvy, project delivery excellence, and bold strategic thinking to:Launch and scale impactful research and innovation projectsDrive preventative healthcare models and reducing inequalitiesLead on intellectual property, regulatory governance, and strategic grant pipelinesFoster partnerships with NHS leaders, commercial innovators, academia, and patientsLeading the Agile PMO, embedding a
