We’re launching a new desk focused on developing a Financial Services specialism across the South and South East Region, in close collaboration with the Regional Manager.This is a rare chance to shape and grow a high-potential market from the ground up, with a strong pipeline of clients already in place. Full 360 Recruitment Process: from business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.Candidate Sourcing: utilise job boards, referrals, headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media. Conduct background checks and prepare candidates for interviews.Client Relationships: maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering excellent service and advice. Network to drive sales and collaborate with colleagues to maximize success.What We’re Looking For
