Youll work on high-impact projects that make it easier for people and businesses everywhere to send and receive money, no matter where they are.About the Team: Receive RiskThe Receive Risk team is a global product team focused on making it safe and seamless for customers to receive money into their Wise accounts. We support all of our receive products (like local and global account details, payment links, and invoicing) and work closely with our Financial Crime teams to ensure these tools are low-friction for good users, and high-friction for the bad ones.A strong product mindset and genuine passion for user experience you prioritize customer value and make data-driven decisionsExperience in building web applications and distributed systems in a production environmentClean, efficient, and well-tested code is your standard youre big on performance and maintainabilityExperience with relational and non-relational databases, query optimization, and schema design is a plusFamiliarity with Java, Spring Boot, and messaging systems like Kafka is a plusYou understand the root causes of customer payment issues and actively help solve themYoure contributing to automation efforts that help us scale efficientlyYoure solving technical challenges and helping us build a world-class global banking productWe''re people building money without borders without judgement or prejudice, too.
