Job Description: Subject to the successful closing of the transaction with Spirit, after obtaining relevant regulatory approvalsJob Summary:The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for Network Operations leads the delivery of end-to-end IT services to internal customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective service management practices. This role requires strategic planning, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of ITIL processes. The SDM collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and manage service provider contracts.Key Responsibilities: Ensure Network operations for the site in line or above stringent commitments on internal and external Service Level Agreements. The role is to manage and lead outsourced teams to deliver, maintain and support all Airbus Sites included in IT activity perimeter so that Airbus IT is able to provide a reliable service to all Airbus employees located on this site Ensure strict quality gates guaranteeing the maturity at entry into service of Network services. Ensure the interface with sensitive and non-sensitive Businesses on Network topics. Ensure the interface with Site Management on Network topics Ensure the interface with Site Security on Network topics Be the focal point for Network topics and the ambassador of the connectivity PSL on site Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Previo
