About the Quality Technologist job As a key part of the food technical team, you will provide support and assist the Technical Manager in driving compliance across the food production site to the required Food Safety, Legality, Quality, and product integrity standards. Key tasks: Support quality systems, audits, and HACCP reviews to maintain high standards. Oversee lab testing, hygiene protocols, and manage the hygiene team. Handle supplier approvals, product specifications, and customer complaints. Assist operations in following company, customer, and BRC standards. About You Quality assurance or technical experience in a food manufacturing/food production environment Ideally educated to a degree level in food science, food technology, or another related subject. BRC/ISO internal auditing experience are required. Level 2 Food Hygiene and HACCP qualifications would be a bonus but non-essential.
