Job Title: Apprentice Hospitality Supervisor - Tottenham Hotspur Football StadiumLocation: Tottenham Hotspur Football Stadium, Lilywhite House, London, N17 0BXSalary Rate: £29,050 a yearHours/working pattern: 40 hours per weekContractual Requirements: Candidates must be aged 18+We’re recruiting an ambitious apprentice hospitality supervisor to help us create exceptional food experiences for Levy on a full-time basis contracted to 40 hours per week. As an apprentice hospitality supervisor you will be working in a passionate and hard-working team to create an outstanding culinary experience for our customers. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship. On completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 and become a qualified hospitality supervisor.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the setup for event days in partnership with Premium Operations, while developing and managing the variable teams.
Ensure the highest standards are delivered through regular venue walks.
Prioritise health, safety and hygiene rules and procedures at all times.
Inspire and act as an ambassador for the business to deliver exceptional service to clients and guests.
Keep allergies and dietary requirements as a priority when liaising with the kitchen; staff are briefed accordingly.
Maintain key relationships and schedules with internal and external clients.
Foster transparent and genuine relationships with co-workers and the Levy UK family.
Supervise around 4–5 people on an average day.
Qualifications / Ideal Profile
A strong desire to learn and develop within the industry.
Experience in hotels, stadiums, or event catering is desirable.
Ability to work flexible hours to align with stadia activity due to personal circumstances.
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
Positive, passionate focus on food and hospitality; strong organisational skills and commercial awareness.
Ability to build guest and client relationships; credible and able to grow partnerships.
Hands-on management style with high standards of quality.
Effective team player with a can-do attitude; calm under pressure.
Motivated by delivering quality service and enhancing the guest experience.
