Overview

Architect/Technician (2-4 years exp.) up to £47,000. London. This role is for an ambitious Architect or Technician with a high level of BIM experience and an interest in the Data Centre sector. Previous DC experience isn’t necessary.My client is a busy, mid-sized London-based practice currently working on a number of Data Centre projects across the UK and mainland Europe. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a candidate with strong BIM skills and a genuine interest in the sector.Responsibilities

Apply BIM skills to large-scale or complex building projects, with a focus on Data Centre schemes.Collaborate with project teams across the UK and Europe to deliver high-quality architectural/technician work.Participate in design development, coordination, and documentation using BIM workflows.Qualifications

2-4 years of UK experience in Architecture or Building Technology.Strong knowledge of BIM and experience with large-scale or complex buildings.Interest in the Data Centre sector; previous DC experience is not required.Right to work in the UK; no visa or sponsorship required.Benefits and Work Style
